Inquiry: The Heart of Practice
Inquiry is an integral part of mindfulness based programs and often cited as the most challenging aspect to learn. Director of Education and Clinical Services at the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, Dr. Patricia Rockman, a leader in mindfulness practice facilitation and inquiry explores inquiry as a practice and a contemplative dialogue. As with any other mindfulness practice, inquiry is first and foremost experiential. Pat discusses noticing, tracking and exploring the integration of what is learned, to coming to fully know our own experience and that of another.
Recorded at A Mindful Society 2018 Conference and presented as a learning resource in the Mindful Society Global Institute's July 2020 theme: Safety.
This learning resource is just one of many offered by the Mindful Society Global Institute, covering different themes such as Evidence for the Impact of Mindfulness on Individuals and Evidence-based Mindfulness Programs.
