In this course, we’ll not only be deepening into mindfulness and compassion practice, but also explore playful exercises that are outside the traditional training of most mindfulness-based programs. Participants will gain clarity and energy for consistent motivation and practice, which they can incorporate into their own lives and share with others. Many people want to engage in mindfulness because they’ve been told it will help them, but our experience and the statistics show that most practices don’t stick after a program ends. As a result, we don’t optimize the impact of mindfulness in our lives, the lives of our students and society at large.

During four experiential and very practical sessions over four weeks, you will receive step-by-step guidance to apply 10 mindfulness practices and exercises to help create a mindfulness practice that stands the test of time, in order to experience greater health, happiness and lowered stress.
