Mindful Leader: Advanced Certification is an experiential, science-based program that builds on the core skills of the Mindful Leader Program. It is adapted from workplace mindfulness and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction principles to help leaders work skillfully with stress, perception, attention, and communication.
