What People Are Saying:

A very comprehensive approach to chronic pain management with a lot of new and valuable information. It should be very beneficial to the patients… Real-world discourse about the subject enabled practical application within discussion with each participant.

The compilation of meditation practice, group work and discussion, has made the course experience interesting and engaging… Integrating and emphasizing childhood trauma experiences as strong potential factors in the experience of chronic pain sufferers. Offering tools to approach those traumas and welcome them instead of resisting… I enjoyed the art project, experiencing and sharing stories – holding space for each other during vulnerable experiences.

I was really impressed with the engagement in this course, the facilitator's insights and support. The sessions were so helpful… I will miss everyone. I really got so much out of this course. I don't think life will ever be the same -- in a good way!
