Led by Laurisa Dill, Founder of Mindful Momentum, Registered Psychotherapist, and past Director of a large psychology clinic. She is certified through Stanford University Medical School and The University of San Diego to provide evidence based Mindfulness and Compassion training programs that help people build resilience, reduce stress and achieve greater balance in their lives.
