About The Speakers
Michael Apollo MHSc
Michael Apollo is a leader in workplace mindfulness and executive development with 20 years of experience in mindfulness. He is the founder of Mindful Society Global Institute and President of Mindful Gateway, a learning and development consultancy that has worked with hundreds of organizations and institutions including Google, CIBC, Ivey School of Business, Rotman, World Health Organization, and Canadian/US Olympic teams. Michael is the former Program Director of Mindfulness at the University of Toronto and his work has been featured in Netflix, CBC News, and other national and international media outlets.
Michele Milan MA
Michele Milan has spent 20 years in executive development designing and delivering leadership programs for governments, corporations and organizations around the world. As Chief Executive Officer for Executive Programs at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, Michele was responsible for designing and delivering hundreds of training programs for senior executives, global corporations, all levels of government, and a wide variety of public and not-for-profit organizations. A long-time practitioner of mindfulness, Michele was integral in introducing mindfulness and emotional intelligence into executive training at Rotman.
