Jackie Gardner Nix, MB.BS., PhD, MRCP(UK). Dr. Gardner-Nix is Medical Director of NeuroNova Centre for Mindful Solutions Inc., an organization dedicated to improving mental and physical health through Mindfulness training. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anaesthesia, University of Toronto and has been a chronic pain consultant physician at Toronto’s St Michael’s Hospital and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
Susan WoodsMSSW, LICSW is a psychotherapist, leading consultant and professional trainer in MBSR and MBCT and teaches at venues worldwide. She developed the MBSR and MBCT professional certification programs at the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute, University of California at San Diego, USA; is a senior MBSR/MBCT mentor and supervisor, and a professional advisor on mindfulness-based clinical trials. Susan is senior faculty at the Center for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto, Canada where she assisted them in building their MBSR professional training pathway.
