Managing Emotional Reactivity: Tiny Shifts for Lasting Change
Jun 30, 2026
LIVE Workshop: Wednesday, September 30th 2026
Lasting change does not require dramatic transformation. According to clinical psychologist and bestselling author Dr. Elisha Goldstein, small emotional shifts practiced consistently can reshape habitual patterns, strengthen resilience, and support long-term emotional and physical well-being.
In this workshop, Dr. Goldstein introduces the 4R Method, drawn from his new book Tiny Shifts. A practical, neuroscience-informed approach for working skillfully with emotional health to transform stress, relationships and longevity.
By attending this workshop, participants will gain a research-informed methodology for recognizing reactive patterns, releasing tension, refocusing attention, and reinforcing healthier emotional habits.
In this workshop, you will:
-
Learn how conditioned emotional loops, nervous system reactivity, and habitual patterns shape our responses to stress, relationships, and self-worth — and why small, intentional “tiny shifts” can support emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term well-being.
-
Experience the 4R Method — Recognize, Release, Refocus, and Reinforce — through guided work with a familiar emotional trigger or reactive pattern.
-
Explore how the 4R Method can be applied in everyday moments to support emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, cultivate greater self-worth, and reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose.
Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 - 5:30 PM ET. Zoom. In your timezone: 1 PM PT, 9 PM BST, 10 PM CEST
