In this event, Institute Founder Michael Apollo, will share the varying different ways people are building a livelihood with mindfulness. Michael has over a decade of experience successfully applying mindfulness as a therapist, corporate trainer, digital course innovator and educator at the University of Toronto. He will cover livelihood topics ranging from the different ways to gain organizational support for your mindfulness work, how to promote and market mindfulness effectively, the differences between mindfulness delivered one-on-one to and facilitating mindfulness groups, and how to foster mindfulness sustainably over time in your setting.

Michael Apollo RP is the Founder of Mindful Society Global Institute and the A Mindful Society Conference. His work in organizations, academia, and building award-winning technologies has introduced millions of people worldwide to the research and practice of mindfulness. Michael is the former Director of Mindfulness Programs at the University of Toronto, co-inventor of the Muse eeg-powered headband for meditation, is a registered psychotherapist and is certified as a teacher mentor in mindfulness-based programs (MBSR and MBCT). He has over a decade of professional experience applying mindfulness as a facilitator, therapist, coach, educator and trainer.
