Laurisa Dill M.Ed, RP is a Registered Psychotherapist, consultant, and former Director of The Mindfulness Clinic. She has more than 15 years experience both in HR management and helping individuals achieve optimal mental wellness. She is passionate about inspiring growth and change in people, helping them to develop the psychological skills needed to cope with stress and improve resilience. Laurisa is a Stanford Certified Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) teacher and a UC San Diego Trained Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher. She is engaged as a speaker and workshop presenter by community agencies, health care providers, and workplace organizations. She is the founder of Mindful Momentum, a Toronto based organization devoted to offering Mindfulness and Compassion Training Programs.

Gina Biegel is a psychotherapist, researcher; author, and coauthor of several books, including Take in the Good: Skills for Staying Positive and Living Your Best Life, Be Mindful and Stress Less, Mindfulness for Student Athletes, The Stress Reduction Workbook for Teens, and The Stress Reduction Card Deck for Teens and others. She is an expert and pioneer of bringing mindfulness-based approaches to youth and created the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) program. She most recently created a video-based All-School Mindfulness-Centered Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) program to assist schools during COVID-19.

Dylan Zambrano is a a registered social worker, psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher who has delivered workshops to professionals from multiple industries including education, healthcare, athletics, first-response and corporate leadership. Dylan developed and teaches courses on mindfulness and performance at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and Wilfrid Laurier University. Dylan recently became a mPEAK Teacher and will now be offering this exemplary mindfulness-based performance program throughout the GTA.
