[Practice Support] Deepening Mindful Awareness with Inquiry

member events Mar 30, 2024

This Practice Support workshop offers a personal exploration through inquiry, a method of questioning that enhances an individual's experience of the present moment. Participants will engage in a foundational “Mindful Eating” practice derived from the MBSR and MBCT programs, facilitated by a certified mindfulness instructor. The session is designed to be inclusive, with adaptations for a neurodiversity-informed and trauma-sensitive approach. Following the mindful eating exercise and inquiry, the workshop will culminate in a group discussion. This event is ideal for health professionals, therapists, facilitators, and those new to mindfulness, providing valuable insights into mindful practices for professional and personal development.
