DBT Strategies for Relationships: Managing Interpersonal Conflict and Emotional Dysregulation
Feb 12, 2025
This On-Demand workshop explores evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) strategies designed to help clients navigate challenging interpersonal dynamics with greater awareness and emotional regulation.
Interpersonal conflicts and emotional dysregulation often interfere with clients’ presence, relationships, and overall well-being. Through this self-paced workshop, you'll gain practical DBT techniques—including the Mindfulness of Others five-part strategy—to promote self-regulation and support clients in engaging more effectively during emotionally charged situations.
In addition to core DBT practices, the workshop offers insight into additional strategies that help clients maintain emotional balance and confidently navigate interpersonal challenges. Whether clients struggle with emotional reactivity or entrenched communication patterns, DBT-informed approaches can provide effective, compassionate solutions.
