Course: Managing Chronic Pain with Mindfulness

Mar 02, 2023
managing chronic pain course

A LIVE-Online course to deepen your insight into mindfulness practices informed by the complexities of chronic pain and trauma.

Many people are affected by chronic pain, with research showing that 1 in 5 people in the US, Canada and Europe, and up to 1 in 2 people in the UK have experienced moderate to severe pain in the last 6 months. Mindfulness has shown to be a highly effective non-pharmacological support to decreasing the intensity and unpleasantness of chronic pain effectively.

This course will provide you with a toolkit of practices and resources to skillfully support chronic pain with mindfulness and practical recommendations for health service-providers on how to deliver more trauma-sensitive / trauma-informed offerings.
